Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Corlix, including browsing cosplay content, sharing clips, following creators, managing your profile, using Prep List tools, and purchasing gems for in-app support features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corlix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
Corlix is designed for cosplay-related social and planning features, including:
- Browsing trending looks and cosplay clips
- Searching for looks, characters, and cosplayers
- Publishing your own clips and look content
- Viewing profiles and following other users
- Managing personal Prep Lists and checklist items
- Using gems for in-app support features
You may use the app only in a lawful manner and only for its intended purpose.
3. Your Content and Profile
You are responsible for the profile information and content you submit in Corlix, including display names, bios, profile photos, posts, video clips, comments, checklist titles, item names, and notes.
You agree not to post, upload, or submit content that:
- Infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
- Promotes unsafe conduct, including unsafe prop or costume use
- Contains malware, deceptive material, or attempts to disrupt the app
4. Community Conduct
Corlix is intended to support a respectful cosplay community. You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Harass, abuse, or target other users
- Attempt to bypass blocks, reporting tools, or app restrictions
- Exploit the app or misuse support features, comments, or profile tools
5. Gems and In-App Purchases
Corlix offers optional in-app purchases for gems. Purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s terms, billing rules, and refund policies.
Gems are digital items used inside the app for support-related features. Gems are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value outside Corlix.
6. Permissions and Device Features
Certain features may request access to device capabilities such as the camera, microphone, and photo library so that you can capture profile images, select media, or record cosplay videos. If you deny access, some features may not work as intended.
7. Intellectual Property
Corlix and its app design, branding, interface elements, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights to content you create, subject to any permissions needed for the app to display and manage that content within Corlix.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may limit or suspend access to Corlix if we believe your use violates these terms, harms other users, interferes with the app, or creates legal or safety risks.
9. Disclaimer
Corlix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will be available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Corlix, including loss of content, purchase issues handled by platform billing, or interruptions in app availability.
